Maeve (May) Rose (They/She) is a hard of hearing, freelance artist who works with oil and acrylic paint on canvas, deck boxes, and cardboard using an impressionist, color-sensitive style. In 2015 they obtained a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts and Art History, and have since pursued independent exploration of fine arts.

Based in Central Maryland, Maeve travels internationally to connect with other artists, study art history, and explore new environments. Their passion for nature and travel informs much of their artistic portfolio, creating a rich dialogue between experience and emotional expression. They focus on landscapes and mystical scenes in nature to capture beautiful moments of joy, from intricate botanical details to the ever changing sky. Maeve's art is meant to evoke mindful connections to small, meaningful moments in time.

Currently Maeve travels between Baltimore and The Netherlands, painting commissioned oil paintings and Magic the Gathering card alters.
